Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of contextwindowprep.com, run by Context Window (“we”). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them. Questions go to team@contextwindow.shop.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself; an account is for one person. We may suspend accounts that share access, scrape the question bank or try to break the site.

Pro subscription

Pro is billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, in US dollars, with sales tax or VAT added where it applies. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. If you think you were charged by mistake, email us and we’ll look into it.

The content

The questions come from real interviews at the labs shown on the site. We write them up, along with the answers, explanations and videos, for your own interview practice. Please don’t republish or resell them. The labs don’t run, sponsor or endorse this site, and their names and logos belong to them.

We work to keep answers correct, but the content is study material, not a guarantee of any interview outcome.

Changes

We may update these terms or Pro’s price. We’ll post changes here, and give subscribers notice by email before a price change applies to them. See also our Privacy Policy.
