Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Context Window (“we”) collects on contextwindowprep.com and what we do with it. Questions go to team@contextwindow.shop.

What we collect

Your account. Your email address, and your password if you set one. Passwords are stored hashed by Supabase, which runs our sign-in; we never see them. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email and profile picture with us.

Your practice. Which questions you answer, whether you got them right, and the difficulty ratings you give, so the site can bring back the ones you missed.

Billing. Payments run on Stripe. Stripe collects your card details and billing address; we receive your subscription status and a customer reference, never your full card number.

Analytics. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies or a stored identifier.

Email. We send sign-in and account emails through Resend. If you write to us, we keep the conversation to answer you.

Sharing and retention

We don’t sell personal information. We share it only with the services named above (Supabase, Stripe, Google, Resend and Vercel) to run the site, or when the law requires it. We keep your account and practice history while your account exists, and billing records as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

You can cancel your subscription from your account page at any time. Email us to ask what we hold about you or to have your account and practice history deleted.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and its effective date. See also our Terms of Service.
